Stick Six of us rented Paul's property on Madeline Island for three nights in early September. Paul met us at the property upon our arrival to provide us with a quick walk through, otherwise, he respected our privacy during our entire stay. The house has everything that you need for an extended stay. We especially appreciated the number of refrigerators (5) that were available for our use. We enjoyed the fire pit on multiple evenings; the woodshed was stocked with plenty of firewood for us to use. We were concerned that we might not find enough to do on the island and would end up going back and forth on the ferry to the mainland, but we found plenty to do to entertain ourselves on the island and did not return to the mainland until our stay was over.
Julie E. Loved the setting; very comfortable and well appointed. The only downside is torn screen on door that allowed lots of flies in. Would highly recommend.
Meta H. We had a wonderful stay there! The place was very clean, beautiful house! Plenty of room for us and then some! Highly recommend this place!
Gary N. WE had our family together for a mini reunion and everything was great. The place is just beautiful. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted as we cooked all our meals in. All in all it was a great location and we had beautiful weather. The stars on a clear night around the fire pit were a very special part of our time there.
Jessi S. We had such a wonderful time at the Lake Home. The house was huge and clean. Kitchen perfectly equipped for cooking every meal. Seating outside was abundant as was the available firewood. We biked into town each day, a rolling 8 miles. The town park is perfect and has a surprisingly large sandy beach. Would, and hope to rent this nice home again. Many thanks to the owners!!!
